Well that is about the price you pay for a gallon of Starbucks Coffee.  And that is just a regular cup of black coffee...you are looking at about $20.35 for a gallon of Starbucks Lattes!!  How about bottled water?  About $7.43 per gallon and soda is around $3.87 per gallon.  Not too many people complaining about these items.

You see, life is all about choices, and each persons choices are relative.  I understand the difference between a gallon of gas and a latte, so I say this "tongue and cheek", but when you really stop and look at the situation isn't the rise in gas prices just part of the American Way?  How many people boycott going to the movies because it now costs $8.50 per person?  And we know for a fact attendance has risen in all professional sports:

Average NFL ticket - $62.38
Average MLB ticket - $25.40
Average NBA ticket - $51.02

And that is just a ticket for one person, no snacks, no drinks!  This is all just a reminder to think about the things you spend money on...assess what is important in your lifestyle, and who knows...maybe you can save a few bucks to put towards your next fill up at the tank!
