Do you have one?  A clothes rack with a belt you can walk on...handles on the side...digital screen...plugs in to the wall - you know the one..."oh wait, that is my treadmill!"  I am making light of a situation that is very common, so if you have one of these "clothes racks", don't feel like you are alone, you are not!

But the good news is - you can change.  You can go buy an old fashioned metal clothes rack at Target, and use your treadmill for good.  After you read this, I want you to go to your treadmill, plug it in, and make sure it still works.  Then I want you to set an appointment with yourself to begin a treadmill routine.  Cardio is one component to weight loss, but it is a start.

Americans are fascinated with infomercial machines and home gyms...they seem to believe that if they have one, they will lose weight and get fit.  The reality is that these infomercials and retailers do such a good job of marketing that it seems as if it will work...almost effortlessly!  But you need a plan.  Without a plan, you cannot sustain any sort of success on a fitness program

I am here to ensure your success.  Resolve To Evolve.
