Check this out!  See how a night out with your Valentine could spark you to take extra time on your fitness training routine the next day!!!  Thank god this holiday only comes once per year!

Box of See's Chocolate Candy - 1600 Calories
6 oz steak, potato, steamed veggies - 690 Calories
Glass of Wine - 130 Calories
Tiramisu - 890 Calories

Grand Total "Extra" Valentine's Calories = 3210 Calories

Almost 1 permanent pound of pure weight gain!

You can see how people typically gain weight during the "Holiday Season!" (Thanksgiving to New Year's Day).  To be honest with you, I advocate enjoying yourself on these special occasions.  Forget the meal planning, throw away the online diet plan, and put the fitness training aside for a day if you need to...just don't let it become another "holiday season".  While 3200 calories is a lot, if you actually eat all of that...one day is never going to damage your permanent weight loss goals!  The point is to not over-indulge too often, not to have these special occasions every week, and make these special occasions just that - Special!

You can counteract some of the above day with fitness training for an hour - 500-700 Calories.  Stay consistent with your meal planning and exercise plans after these "special days" and you will get your mental break, while still maintaining your permanent weight loss goals!
