Fitness training has changed so much over the years, from Nautilus equipment to the BOSU ball - The world has seen exercise equipment from every angle...and then some!!! But with this evolution in equipment, there has come great confusion when it comes to people choosing exercise plans. What is the best fitness training equipment? Which exercise burns the most calories? Any infommercial on the latest fitness training gizmo will tell you that their equipment is the best...but everyone can't be the best, right? To be quite honest with you, I don't think most of them are good at all! Do me a favor - Don't get bogged down with the glitz and glamor that these companies are trying to sell you! When it comes down to an exercise plan - GET BACK TO THE BASICS!
