Remember the movie "Groundhog Day?" The same things just kept happening over and over again, never being able to get out of the cycle. Do you ever feel like starting your exercise program is being held up by your own Groundhog Day?
In the spirit of the day, I just wanted to remind you to not let "Groundhog Day" get in the way of you getting in shape. It is easy to put it off "until Monday"...and then Monday never comes. How many of you still have not implemented your New Year Fitness Goals? And we are already into February.
Take the time to make this week Implementation Week...get out of the Groundhog Rut and get into the best shape of your life.
