I just saw a couple of magazine covers, and then heard it on the news - Jessica Simpson is fat...??  If Jessica Simpson is fat, then I think most of America better take a look in the mirror!
We are all typically our own toughest critics.  We get up in the morning, take a shower, get out and look at ourselves in the mirror...check this spot, check that one and decide what to do about it (if anything).

What if you were not your worst critic...what if you had millions of others to do it for you?  Can you imagine being under the media microscope?  I know, I know...that is why they get paid the big bucks, but they are humans, with human bodies - and just like we mentioned Oprah - they have the same issues we do!

We all judge ourselves, and whether we like to admit it, in some form we judge others.  We control our own destiny, but let me leave you with a challenge.  Next time you catch yourself judging someone - take a moment to lift them up and give them some positive encouragement - they are struggling in some area, just like you.
