When Oprah endorses something, people take action...it is a well known fact that she has a great following, and has built a huge business around that network.  But what makes Oprah so believable...especially when it comes to dieting?

She has publicly stated she is back on the Best Life Diet.  I just saw Oprah being criticized on one of those entertainment shows - "Here we go again on the Oprah roller coaster" - they were poking fun at her, almost as if to say, "let's just check in 6 months from now and see if she is off the wagon?"

Personally, I am fascinated by Oprah, and she is the perfect example of the difficulty of weight loss, staying fit and keeping your body that way for the rest of your life!  Imagine this...

-You have enough money for a personal trainer everyday.
-You can afford to have someone cook every (healthy) meal for you.
-You have the resources to have every weight loss tool, supplement, and "trick" in the book

...yet you still go through highs and lows with your weight...

OPRAH.

So if Oprah can do it, doesn't make sense that the rest of Americans would go through the same?  And that is the bottom line - you will go through plateaus, that is okay.  You will have mental "down" days, that is okay.  You won't want to workout some days, that is okay.

Ride the "Highs" and get through the "Lows"

I am here to help.
