just one more bit?


im a nightmare.

i dont know why, but yesterday i made the biggest chocolate cake. this monster has 3,000 calories in it, half a pack of real buter and oil......but i love it.

since i was 13, my diet has mainly been, chocolate,crisps, cola and sweets. i would sometimes have an evening meal, but usually not. id have crackers and cheese, with pickles, or cheese on toast. now days i do healthy meals for the family, and while its cooking,eat packets of jaffa cakes, or toffees. how im still the size i am (us 6) and at 5'3 ill never know. So for me to convert to eating healthy is a challenge and a half. i just still feel hungry after a healthy meal. and sweets fills that gap for me.

making giant cakes doesent help. but how do i stop!!! is it a gradual conversion? or do i go cold turkey? im trying to stick to the food list but its sooooo hard!

i want to look good, but i love cake!

help!!!!!!
